Jeff Hawks is a 47 year veteran of the commercial real estate business. His focus was the brokerage and ownership of multi-family properties. Jeff was on the board of a drug and alcohol counseling foundation for more than 10 years. He has been an active member of advisory boards, civic, church, and non-profit activities. 

Cinnamon Hawks was a registered nurse for 35 years. During that time she assisted in the development of one of the first psychiatric units treating eating disorders. After leaving clinical nursing, Cinnamon had a private counseling practice seeing clients concerning women's issues and relationship counseling. In 1993, Cinnamon created a non-profit counseling center which is still active today.

For the past two decades, Ryan has assisted numerous for profit and non-profit organizations with issues ranging from clean ocean awareness to addiction and recovery housing programs. He has been the organizer and production supervisor of hundreds of live events and has a passion for digital marketing solutions. He is a father of three and an avid fisherman.

Aryn Hawks and his wife Elle have been married for 15 years, have twin boys and currently reside in Newport, Rhode Island. Aryn has worked in real estate for over 15 years, including a number of residential and commercial investments. They have recently partnered to create an entertaining community project, Newport Mini Golf. In addition, Aryn has published many children’s books based on his two little rascals. The Hawks are members at Wanumetonomy Golf Club and take adventures on the deep blue 

Dr. Lori (Elle) Hawks studied the Expressive Arts and their impact on post-trauma development while gaining her PhD in Humanities from Salve Regina University in 2022. She whole-heartedly believes that nature, herbs, music, love, and food are the best medicines. After twenty years in education, Elle followed a new life path. She recently opened her wellness business, Recharge Newport, which is designed to guide clients towards integrative growth and healing.
